Shipping policy

Turnaround

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 9Am – 5 PM. This excludes holidays. f you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Carriers

We use UPS / Fedex to deliver our our small package orders. Fedex Freight is the carrier of choice for LTL shipments.

Order Tracking

Once the tracking number is issued by the carrier we will update the invoice and email you a copy.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based upon the weight and dimension of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you can approve the cost at that point in the process.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, and any additional shipping and handling charges will be added to the final shipment.
